Who we help

Creators and businesses.

You might want more people to watch your channel. You might want the right people to find your business. We help you work out what to make next.

For creators

Your channel is growing. You want it to grow faster.

We look at what's working, plan stronger video ideas and series, and help with filming, editing, titles and thumbnails. The goal is more people finding you, watching again and subscribing.

Already posting or ready to start? We can also plan how your channel supports your own products or future sponsorships.

For businesses

You have something to sell. Let's make video useful.

We find the topics your future customers care about, turn them into videos they'd choose to watch, and arrange the people to make them. We also give viewers a clear way to enquire, book or buy.

For product brands, service businesses and teams with footage they haven't used.

What we take care of

From idea to upload, and what happens after.

01

Decide what to make

We look at your audience and your goals, then plan videos they would click on and want to finish. That might be a new series or a better direction for your existing channel.

02

Get it made

Our UK video production lead, Tayler, can lead the filming and editing. We can also bring in the right local specialists or work with the people you already have.

03

Put it out there

We help with your YouTube channel, upload plan, titles, thumbnails and ways to use each video beyond one post.

04

See what works

We look at the results that matter to you, from returning viewers and subscribers to enquiries and sales, then use what we learn to improve the next videos.

What this could look like for a business

Let's make something people actually watch.

Carwow races the latest cars. Music retailers get musicians jamming with new gear. Car fans and musicians actually want to watch those videos, so the products become part of something they already enjoy. We find that kind of idea for your audience. They come for the entertainment or advice, get to know what you do and trust your expertise. When they're ready to buy or book, you're already on their mind.

Beauty productsGoal: more sales

Let's say you sell beauty products.

A makeup artist could try different looks, put new products to the test and answer questions viewers already have. People come for ideas they can use, see your products in action and know where to find them when they're ready.

Interior architectureGoal: more projects

Let's say you're an interior architect.

Take viewers inside finished spaces and show why you made each choice. People come for inspiration, get to know your style and see how you solve problems. When they have a project of their own, they know who to ask.

Carwow is an independent example, not a Vogue and Bee client. The music, beauty and interiors concepts are illustrative.

Ways to work together

Start where you need us.

01 · A clear starting point

The blueprint

A practical plan for your channel, whether you're a creator ready to grow or a business starting with video.

  • Who you're making videos for
  • Ideas for what to film first
  • What help you'll need and how to tell if it's working
02 · From plan to publish

The launch

We set up or improve your YouTube channel and help get the first videos from idea to upload.

  • Channel setup or refresh
  • Filming and editing coordinated
  • First videos published

Need help with one specific thing, like reviewing your channel, finding a videographer or making use of footage you've already paid for? We can do that too. Filming, editing and other specialist costs are agreed for each project.

Why now

People are watching on the big screen.

YouTube accounted for 14.2% of total TV viewing in the U.S. in July 2026. People are choosing videos to sit down and watch, whether they're following a creator or learning about something they might buy.

Who you're working with

The people to make it happen.

Vogue and Bee smiling together in Cape Town, with handwritten arrows showing who's who

We're Vogue and Bee. We work out what to make, put the right people together and keep your videos moving.

Tayler Phelps leads our UK video production. He's spent more than a decade making videos and helped grow a music retailer's YouTube channel from a much smaller audience to over a million subscribers. He now heads production across several channels and social platforms. He also built a marketing agency's video department from scratch, taking work from planning and client conversations through filming, editing and delivery.

We're based in Cape Town and work with clients wherever they are. Tayler leads production in the UK; for work elsewhere, we can bring in the right specialists or work with your own team. You can bring us in for one part or ask us to manage the whole process.

Independent venture by Vogue and Bee. Tayler's channel and agency experience comes from his own work, not Vogue and Bee client projects.
